THE ROLE |
Working as part of the team and reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist with the coordination of your station in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. Based on business requirements, and your area if expertise as a Chef, you will be taking ownership of the of your station which may include breakfast, carvery, bar-food, restaurant, banquets, and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES|
9. HACCP duties
10. Food preparation
11. Ensure that company's controls, policies, procedures, processes and applications are all implemented accordingly
REQUIREMENTS|
12. Previous 2-3 years experience working in a similar role
13. Excellent knowledge of HACCP
14. Ability to work 45 hours a week working 5 over 7 days including rosters which include weekends and public holidays
