What you'll do1. Communications ExecutionImplement and coordinate MBRYONICS' global communications strategy across civil, enterprise, and government/defence audiences.Develop engaging written and visual content for public audiences—including website copy, social media posts, press releases, recruitment campaigns, and multimedia storytelling.Support brand awareness and talent attraction through compelling, values-driven storytelling that showcases MBRYONICS as a leading Irish technology employer.Manage internal communications channels to maintain alignment and culture across teams.Prepare materials, presentations, and speaking notes for leadership engagements, investor meetings, and public forums.Ensure message consistency and brand coherence across all internal and external content.2. Public Affairs & External RelationsBuild and manage relationships with political, institutional, and industry stakeholders in Ireland, EMEA, and North America.Work with external consultants to coordinate advocacy and government engagement activities, ensuring alignment with MBRYONICS' long-term strategy and values as an Irish company.Monitor policy and funding developments in the EU, ESA, and U.S. dual-use/space ecosystems; brief leadership on opportunities and risks.Support participation in national and international industry events, parliamentary committees, and policy roundtables.3.
