Client Associate |Dublin 7 |Full Time 37 hours per week |€34,000+ per annum (based on experience) Newcourt Retirement Fund Managers Ltd. (NRFM) is seeking a highly skilled Client Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in financial services and pension management. The successful candidate will bring expertise in managing and enhancing client and advisor relationships within the pension sector. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting clients and advisors with pension-related matters, ensuring compliance with Irish pension regulations, and contributing to the growth of NRFMs pension services. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and advisors, addressing their inquiries and concerns with expert knowledge of Irish pension plans. Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients and advisors, facilitating tailored pension solutions to meet their unique needs. Pension Services Expertise: Assist clients and advisors with understanding and managing their pension plans, benefits, and investment options. Stay up to date with the latest Irish pension regulations (e.g., PRSAs, Occupational Pensions, AVCs) to provide clients and advisors with accurate, timely information. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and ensure the integrity of all data using advanced data management systems. Prepare and present detailed reports on client interactions, feedback, and service improvements. Collaboration and Team Support: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients and advisors. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices to improve client service and operational efficiency. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant pension regulations and internal company policies. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to client services and ensure compliance with Irish financial regulations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management, ideally within the pension services or financial services sectors. Strong knowledge of Irish pension systems (e.g., PRSAs, AVCs, Occupational Pensions) and associated tax regulations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage complex client needs. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
