We are currently partnering with a market-leading real estate credit investment firm on an investment manager search.
This role will focus on the origination of new deals and is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing environment Responsibilities: Source and assess real estate credit opportunities through market engagement, relationship building, and rigorous financial analysis.
Oversee existing portfolio performance by monitoring counterparties, analyzing trading results, and ensuring compliance with financial covenants.
Prepare and present clear, insightful investment materials to senior stakeholders and support decision-making for the investment committee.
Manage the full transaction process, including due diligence coordination, negotiations, and documentation.
Mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and growth.
Key Requirements: A minimum of 5 years' experience in investment analysis, specialized credit, or corporate finance.
A strong academic background in quantitative fields such as finance, engineering, mathematics, or economics.
Financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
Commercial with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Professional qualifications (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CAIA) are desirable.
