The Heritage also offers guests a number of on site activities such as our Health Club with Leisure Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam rooms, 5km Walking Track and Cinema.We are currently looking to hire a Bar Supervisor to join our existing team.Job PurposeResponsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional service to our guests.. You will also be expected to develop new drink recipes, and work closely with the Food and Beverage Management team to achieve business goals.Main DutiesOversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth serviceCreate and develop new cocktail recipes.Train and mentor bar staffMaintain inventory and order supplies as neededEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsManage bar promotions and special eventsProvide exceptional serviceHandle customer complaints and resolve issues promptlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the barEnsure accurate cash handling and financial reporting.Implement and enforce bar policies and proceduresTo provide support in other areas of the hotel if necessaryTo participate in all Health and Safety training scheduled for you and your team.To complete all HACCP documentation as required.The Heritage 'Core Values':Our Core Values are the essence of what we stand for as a company and it is our vision to instill a people focused culture within the hotel.
