What we're looking for
As we enhance our global expansion efforts and go-to-market strategy, we are looking for a skilled, driven, and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.
Paid search is the core of this role.
You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising strategy and execution across North America, the EU, and LATAM, and you will support LinkedIn Ads, organic social, email, and ABM as part of a coordinated, multi-channel demand generation engine.
This role suits someone who is analytically sharp, proactive in testing, and confident presenting performance insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Position summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be the primary owner of Kneat's paid search program, responsible for strategy, execution, and continuous optimization.
You will work across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising as the core focus, with supporting responsibilities across LinkedIn Ads, organic social, email marketing, and ABM campaign execution via 6sense.
This role begins with a core focus on paid search, with the expectation that ownership of additional campaigns and programs will grow as the paid search program matures.
This is an executional and analytical role with real strategic ownership.
You will work closely with the broader Marketing team to ensure campaigns are effectively launched, optimized, and measured against pipeline and revenue goals.
Areas of responsibility
Primary: Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising)
Own end-to-end PPC strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including search, display, and demand gen campaigns
Manage campaign setup, budget allocation, bid strategy, and ongoing performance optimization
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform targeting and bidding decisions
Develop and refine ad copy and landing page strategies to improve quality scores, conversion rates, and ROI
Identify and implement A/B testing opportunities to reduce cost-per-acquisition and improve lead quality
Analyze performance data using Posthog, Hubspot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and reporting dashboards, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders regularly
Monitor spend pacing and ensure campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs
Measure and articulate the contribution of paid search to the overall Kneat marketing mix
Supporting: LinkedIn Ads
Develop and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting key decision-makers and industry professionals in Life Sciences
Optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign structure to improve lead quality and pipeline engagement
Track results and adjust strategies in response to performance data
Supporting: Organic Social Media
Build, schedule, and publish organic content on LinkedIn using content provided by Kneat's Content team
Monitor engagement metrics and recommend adjustments to improve reach and performance
Supporting: Email Marketing and Automation
Build and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot to generate, nurture, and advance leads through the pipeline
Manage email workflows, list segmentation, and performance tracking
Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversions, and act on findings to drive continuous improvement
Supporting: ABM Campaign Execution
Support targeted ABM campaigns using the 6sense and LinkedIn platforms, assisting with audience segmentation and performance tracking
Assist in creating personalized ad creative variations and targeted messaging for defined account segments
Minimum qualifications
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how paid search, paid social, organic social, email, and ABM work together to drive pipeline and revenue
Four or more years of proven PPC experience with a focus on demand generation
Demonstrated track record managing and optimizing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy development, and bid strategy
Deep understanding of PPC fundamentals: keyword strategy, bidding, quality scores, and conversion tracking
Proficiency with PPC and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Posthog, Google Search Console)
Experience managing paid search campaigns across multiple regions or markets, with an understanding of how audience behavior, language, and platform dynamics vary by geography
Working knowledge of SEO principles and how organic search strategy complements and informs paid search campaigns
Proven results managing LinkedIn Ads for B2B audience targeting
Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales funnel optimization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and act on performance insights
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization
Strong marketing copywriting skills
Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to haves
Experience in Life Sciences, SaaS, or regulated industries
Knowledge of 6sense or similar ABM platforms
Familiarity with multi-channel attribution and CRO methodology
Understanding of lead scoring and nurturing strategies to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion
Awareness of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and how large language models (LLMs) are reshaping search visibility and paid search strategy
