We are now recruiting experienced Kitchen Porters to join our expanding team in Mallow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and food preparation areas.
2. Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and equipment to the highest hygiene standards.
3. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required.
4. Ensure all cleaning duties are completed in line with health and safety regulations.
5. Support the overall organisation of the kitchen and storage areas.
6. Follow all site-specific SOP's and hygiene procedures.
Requirements
7. Up-to-date food safety and manual handling certificates (training can be facilitated)
8. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
10. Reliable, organised, and flexible with tasks and scheduling.
