We design and make bespoke furniture, kitchens, and architectural joinery of the highest standard.

The Role – Joiner / Cabinetmaker
We're looking for an experienced joiner/cabinetmaker to join our team.
This is a hands-on role in a small workshop where the standard of work is high and the variety is constant.
You'll be making everything from bespoke furniture and kitchens to detailed architectural joinery.
What You'll Be Doing
Working on highly bespoke one-off projects from start to finish
Using both traditional and modern woodworking techniques
Reading drawings and setting out your own work with accuracy
Working on your own and closely with a small team to solve problems and deliver quality results
Helping with fitting on-site when required
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years solid experience working full-time as a joiner and cabinetmaker
reliable timekeeping, clean/tidy habits
Ability to work to a high standard with attention to detail, unsupervised
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Confidence with machinery, tools, and hand skills alike
A positive, professional approach and pride in your craft
Flexibility to adapt to different types of projects
Willingness to work alone as well as part of a small team
Full driving licence and own vehicle

Fair pay, based on experience and ability
Set 40 hour week, 1 hour lunch-break, no pressure to work evenings and weekends (unless in exceptional circumstances).
