Boland Wexford Town are now recruiting for Showroom Host to join our dynamic team of automotive professionals at our multi‑franchise showroom in Wexford Town. As a Wexford premier dealership, Boland Wexford prioritises customer experience and requires a "hands on" front‑of‑house professional to maintain that standard as our business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily running of the reception area.
* Meeting and greeting customers.
* CRM administration management.
* Telephone call and email management.
* Ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar "front of house" / admin role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.
* Efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Display a professional, courteous manner at all times.
* Be flexible in your approach to work.
* Work well as part of a team.
* Previous experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software desirable but not essential.
