Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with retailers and their teams to deliver the fresh offer in-store. This includes:
* Working closely with retailers to optimize sales, margin, participation, and profitability across the fresh areas
* Engaging retailers and their teams to ensure buy-in with any new sub-brands or concepts
* Supporting stores with the implementation of best practice through store visits, monitoring, observation, and in-store training of key staff members
The candidate will also work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure best practice in the fresh food departments.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following:
* A third-level qualification (preferable)
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail
* Strong influencing skills coupled with a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing others
* Food preparation/food service experience will be an advantage
The candidate must have a proven ability to engage stakeholders and create buy-in for projects that deliver profitable sales and enhance the offering to consumers.
