Responsibilities
* Have a strong understanding of the Presale Process and support the advisory team to ensure the process is followed.
* Interact with clients throughout the Presale Process, assisting with the collection of required paperwork.
* Prepare necessary Presale documents; Statements of Suitability, compliance documents and supporting material with input from the Financial Advisor.
* In conjunction with the Financial Advisors, put in place a clear plan of activity in terms of lead generation to actively review clients.
* Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience leveraging existing CRM and IT capabilities and identify areas which can be improved.
* Liaise with Life Cos and communicate with sales team lead to ensure the team are briefed on all market and product changes in a timely basis.
* Assist management in providing supporting information to the advisory team such as product information, fund performance information.
* Assist management in the sales pipeline process to ensure the CRM system provides accurate sales activity.
* Ensure all relevant procedures are followed to comply with Central Bank regulations & Money Coach requirements. This will include preparing all new presale business files for processing by the New Business team.
* Assist in compiling weekly sales related reports as required. Meeting with advisors to assist in pipeline management.
* Where required, attend client meetings with advisors to assist in the understanding of client objectives.
* Assisting in Cashflow modelling where appropriate.
* Assist the advisory team identify sales opportunities through efficient CRM use and processes.
* Proactively identify opportunities to refer existing and new clients to our IMC colleagues.
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in the Life & Pensions broker industry.
* Previous experience in a Paraplanner Role or Sales Support Role.
* QFA qualifications or exams undertaken required.
* Ability to deal with generic client queries.
* Experience with cashflow modelling software – Voyant.
* Knowledge of products, business practices, markets and competitors is expected.
* Strong team player and ability to work under pressure on simultaneous tasks.

Location & Compensation
Hybrid based role with time divided between Home and Office post training and induction period 3 to 4 weeks. Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.
Salary: €50,000.00 - €55,000.00 per annum.
