Quantity Surveyor - WicklowWater Project€70,000 salary with hybrid workBackgroundOur client is one of the leading civil contractors in Ireland and they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a major water infrastructure project. The role is responsible for cost control, subcontractor management, and accurate financial reporting from pre-contract through to final account.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and control project costs across the full project lifecycleAdminister subcontractor and supplier accountsPrepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accountsSupport monthly cost reporting and cost/value reconciliationMeasure and value works in accordance with standard methodsAssist with variations, claims, and change managementMaintain accurate site cost records for labour, plant, materials, and subcontractorsLiaise with project teams, clients, and utility stakeholdersRequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar3–5 years' relevant experience in water, utilities, or civil infrastructure projectsStrong commercial and contractual awarenessExperience working on large-scale infrastructure schemesExcellent written and spoken EnglishEligible to work in IrelandFull clean EU/Irish driving licence
