We are Kids Inc.
We provide Early Years and Afterschool Care services.
With an experience of more than 25 years in the childcare industry, we are one of the most established organizations operating geographically all over Ireland.
Our goal is to extend children's daily learning by involving them in a wide range of sports and creative programs, with a strict 'No Screen Time' policy.
With 5 Creches and Preschool services in Dublin, Kids Inc is also hosting over 70 'Onsite" Breakfast and Afterschool Care programs throughout the country. Kids Inc delivers childcare and holiday camp services nationwide. Our camps are a high-impact part of the business, requiring excellent planning, staffing coordination, and safe, fun delivery aligned to operational and regulatory expectations. This role owns the end-to-end coordination of holiday camps, in-service days and half-day school closures, and the scheduling support for external coaches (Sports, LEGO, Yoga). You will keep calendars and trackers accurate, run parent registration and communications in a predictable way, coordinate marketing materials, and provide Finance/Fees with clean, final attendance and fee lists for billing. Prepare activity plans, materials lists, and readiness items for all camps.
Manage planning and delivery of in-service days and school half-day services.
Coordinate parent registration processes and communication timelines.
Liaise with Area Managers to confirm centre feasibility, staffing, and resources.
Support scheduling of coaches (Sports, LEGO, Yoga) and track attendance/mileage.
Work with Marketing to create and distribute flyers, posters, and camp materials.
Provide Fees team with accurate attendance lists for billing.
Maintain inboxes and respond to parent queries in a timely manner.
Track issues, capacity, and feedback to support continuous improvement.
Your Profile: Strong coordination, organisation, and scheduling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Confident using spreadsheets and administrative systems.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Experience in childcare, camps, or multi-site operations preferable All successful candidates will need to go through a Garda Vetting check and provide a Valid Police Certificate (applicable to employees who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months since over the age of 18).
