Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychologist to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service team in Cavan town.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and inclusive leader to deliver advanced psychological assessments, formulations, and therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents referred to CAMHS.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic services with a record of being a skilled leader.
* Work closely with families and carers, contributing to service development, and providing supervision and consultation within the MDT.
Eligibility Criteria
1. A Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology.
2. Professional registration with the relevant body.
3. Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years at Senior or equivalent level.
4. Experience of assessing and providing a wide range of psychological interventions to patients presenting with clinical severity.
5. Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and to liaise effectively with other professionals.
