Eir evo talent is seeking applicants for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. Ideally, this person will have 1-2 years in technical recruiting, but all training will be provided. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious professional wishing to develop their career in a challenging and rewarding environment. This is a hybrid role, with offices in Dublin, Cork, and Waterford.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the vital link between clients and candidates.
2. Use candidate databases to match the right person to client vacancies.
3. Review applications, manage interviews and tests, and create candidate shortlists.
4. Utilize sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business.
5. Build relationships with clients via visits or video calls.
6. Develop an understanding of client companies, their industry, culture, and environment.
7. Advertise positions and attract candidates through social media.
8. Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be employed (headhunting).
9. Check references and assess applicant suitability before submission.
10. Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
11. Prepare CVs and correspondence for clients.
12. Organize interviews for candidates as requested.
13. Inform candidates about interview results.
14. Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
