Senior Construction Site Manager
The position of Senior Construction Site Manager has become available in a leading building contractor. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of large-scale residential development projects in Meath.
As a Senior Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the project manager and driving towards an embedded health, safety, and environment culture. You will liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
Your responsibilities will include checking plans, drawings, and supervision of setting out coordination. You will also be responsible for the overall surveying of sites, including setting out and levelling. As a senior engineer, you will plan work efficiently to ensure strict deadlines are met.
You will oversee quality control and safety measures on sites, resolving unexpected technical difficulties and dealing with any problems that arise. You will possess the ability to communicate clearly to all stakeholders.
In addition, you will be responsible for attending regular meetings with clients, architects, and consultants, and keeping them informed of progress. You will also oversee quality management and BCAR coordination, ensuring that regulations are adhered to.

Requirements:
Engineer Degree
Setting Out and Surveying experience
Confident in supervising site works
Strong Communicator
Able to work to targets and deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Strong interpersonal skills
