Job snapshot
The Clinical Sales Support Specialist supports the Custom Seating sales team by providing product expertise.
The role helps ensure customers receive the right seating solutions by supporting assessments, product selection, deliveries, and product set-up, while working closely with sales, clinicians, and internal teams.
Territory: Field based (ROI/NI)
Candidate Location: Northwest of Ireland
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
Maintain demo products and assessment kits to ensure they are complete, clean, and ready for use
Provide product expertise to support the Custom Seating sales team
Assist with seating assessments alongside sales representatives and clinicians
Support accurate product selection, measurements, and specifications
Prepare and assist with quotations, orders, and related documentation
Coordinate and support product deliveries
Complete product set-up and adjustments to ensure correct fit and function
Provide basic product education to customers and clinicians at delivery or set-up
Troubleshoot basic product or fit issues and escalate when required
Liaise with internal teams including sales, clinical, and operations to ensure smooth processes
Supports seating assessments alongside sales and clinicians
Assists with accurate measurements and specifications
Helps ensure correct product selection and configuration
Supports product deliveries and on-site set-up
Ensures equipment is fitted and adjusted correctly
Provides basic user and clinician education at set-up
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Follow company policies, safety requirements, and professional standards
Represent the company professionally with customers and clinical stakeholders
Works closely with the sales team to support customer solutions
Assists with quotations, orders, and follow-up as required
Supports sales outcomes while maintaining product integrity
Ensure that you comply with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health and Safety
