Overview
Hobson Prior is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join a dynamic team focused on producing advanced gene therapy products. In this role, you will work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while contributing to the production and improvement of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP). This position operates on a three-shift pattern and includes a monthly shift bonus of €1000.

Responsibilities
* Perform manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality gene therapy products.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, always ready for inspection.
* Follow safety guidelines and report any health or safety concerns.
* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Ensure all work complies with GMP, Data Integrity, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
* Complete required training before starting any tasks.
* Handle materials safely and ensure they are prepared and managed correctly for production.
* Sanitize and monitor the facility to prevent contamination.
* Accurately document all activities and close out tasks in a timely manner.
Key Skills and Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
* Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with high hygiene standards.
* Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
* Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Previous experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Right to live and work in the Republic of Ireland.
