M&A Financial Leadership Role

* Lead cross-functional deal teams through the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial assessment to successful completion.
* Develop and maintain robust workstreams, milestones, and accountability frameworks to ensure seamless progression of transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess:
* Fully qualified accounting credentials (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years of post-qualified experience in finance roles
* Prior experience in M&A or Transaction Services is highly desirable
This role requires a hands-on approach, involving effective stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. Some travel may be required to support acquisition and integration activities.
