Business Growth Specialist Role
About the Job:
We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to increase revenue through various channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in IT security or audit firms, with a strong understanding of NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and/or FedRAMP standards.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to upsell existing business
* Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from assigned book of business
* Collaborate with service delivery teams to scope A-LIGN's services lines
* Accurately forecast monthly sales projections
* Ensure timely completion of daily Salesforce tasks
* Communicate client needs to service delivery teams
* Built strong partner relationships with current clients
Requirements:
* Experience working in IT security or audit firm
* Strong understanding of NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and/or FedRAMP standards
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
