About Your New Job As the HR Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading HR activities at the site level, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, and escalation of issues. Lead and support change management initiatives, working with managers to embed new processes, policies, and cultural improvements. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development for the site. Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring employees feel supported and valued. What Skills You Need Degree or professional qualification in HR (CIPD Level 7/8 preferred). 5+ years of progressive HR experience. Experience in a manufacturing unionized environment highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice. Proven track record in employee relations and change management.
