Data Integration Location : Cork Duration : Permanent hybrid 3 days onsite Role Profile/About the Opportunity With a focus on community and support network behind them, our employees feel confident and motivated to challenge themselves and grow with the business.As the successful candidate you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between internal systems and third-party applications. This role ensures seamless data flow and communication between different partners, platforms and applications, enhancing overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities System Integration: Develop and maintain integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and other technologies to connect internal and external systems. API Management: Work with API management tools and integration platforms. Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and protocols. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective integration solutions. Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of integrations to validate functionality and performance. Compliance and Security: Ensure all integrations delivered comply with relevant regulations and data security standards. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technology related to APIs and system integration. What you will bring /We want to hear from you if you have: 3rd level degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years working with integration tools, EDI, API management or related field. Knowledge of integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, RESTful services, SOAP, middleware). Experience with API gateways and Integration platforms, knowledge of the Cleo Integration Cloud platform would be an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Team player. Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
