Manor Farm is hiring a
Compliance Officer
to play a hands-on role in supporting safe, compliant, and efficient site operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being
on the ground
, working closely with teams, and taking ownership of day-to-day compliance activities in a busy food manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As Compliance Officer, you'll support the site by ensuring Health & Safety and Environmental standards are consistently met.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Carrying out
daily, weekly and monthly compliance checks
Recording and maintaining
H&S and Environmental data
Delivering Manual Handling training and H&S / Environmental inductions
Conducting scheduled compliance audits
Supporting general site duties when required, including:
Forklift cover
Environmental sampling
Gritting and salting
What We're Looking For
You'll be a practical, proactive individual who is comfortable working in a site-based role.
You will ideally have:
Strong
attention to detail
and good organisational skills
Confidence communicating both
verbally and in writing
The ability to manage
multiple tasks and priorities
A
responsible, proactive approach
to compliance and safety
Comfortable working in a
hands-on, operational environment
Training & Certifications
(Desirable but not essential – full training can be provided)
Manual Handling Instructor
Train the Trainer certification
Forklift licence
