Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Social Care Workers under the guidance of the Person In Charge.
* Develop and manage staff rotas to ensure efficient care delivery and optimal service operations.
* Ensure all staff members understand organizational aims, values, and policies.
* Conduct formal staff supervision, address unsatisfactory performance, and implement support mechanisms for behavioral development.
* Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes person-centered services, problem-solving, and positive attitudes.
* Maintain accurate records, report significant events, and participate in planning and implementing new developments.
Requirements
To be successful as a Senior Care Leader, you should possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of child care principles. A background in social work or a related field is highly desirable.
