The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services for assigned client accounts or hiring areas. The role operates in a client‑facing capacity, partnering closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in ensuring high‑quality recruitment outcomes, strong candidate experience, and delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs. This opportunity will be supporting one of our key clients based in Cork, with the successful candidate working onsite 3 days per week as part of an onsite recruitment team.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening through interview, offer, and onboarding stages
Work collaboratively with client stakeholders and delivery teams to define hiring needs, timelines, and recruitment strategies
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates using multiple channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, and social platforms
Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate technical capability, cultural fit, and role suitability
Manage candidates through interview and offer processes, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demand
Support regular recruitment updates, reports, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure recruitment activities are delivered in line with agreed KPIs, SLAs, and client‑specific requirements (including Public Sector guidelines where applicable)
Maintain accurate and compliant records across recruitment systems both Cpl and client ensuring GDPR and data protection standards are met
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and service delivery outcomes
Essential Criteria
Job Specific Education/Qualification
No specific qualification required; relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience is essential
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within RPO, MSP, or client‑embedded environments
Experience managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
Experience working directly with hiring managers or client stakeholders
Experience delivering recruitment outcomes against KPIs and SLAs
Experience using sourcing tools, recruitment systems, and applicant tracking systems
