* Performing and managing general office duties to ensure efficiency.
* Managing client interactions, phone calls, and correspondence with internal teams.
* Handling printing, scanning, filing, and potentially assisting with document control/information management.
* Maintaining office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and managing general office functions.
* Comfortable using the full Microsoft Office Suite and general online media.
* Ability to take responsibility, manage and work on their own initiative.
* Possible advantages would include prior experience with social media or Accounting.
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
* Based in our Wexford Office.
