Clerical Officer Grade III- HR Administrator | Nursing Department Full time Permanent Probationary Contract, 35 hours We are currently seeking a dedicated Clerical Officer to join the Nursing HR Administration Team. This role will involve working in a very busy department, providing essential clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the Nursing HR Team. Applications are invited for this post from suitably qualified and experienced candidates. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to the Nursing Administration Team Maintain accurate records and assist with documentation and compliance Handle phone calls email and inquiries in a professional manner Managing paperwork and documentation, including work permits etc Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow The successful candidate will form an integral part of the Administration team and will possess: A relevant HR/Administration qualification and have achieved a high level of proficiency in same. Proven experience in clerical and administration processes. Have excellent technical ability with MS Word, Excel, and similar IT software. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills and can work on his/her own initiative and have a proactive "can do" approach. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and be highly organised. Strong knowledge of Best Practice process and procedures. Team player, the ability to multi-task and act in a Confidential Manner will be required. Proven experience dealing with Confidential Information and understanding GDPR. Experience of working within a healthcare environment would be a distinct advantage but not essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing environment. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a pre-requisite for this role. Some flexibility is required with working hours to meet business demands and allow for holiday and general leave cover.
