We are currently seeking a seasoned Chef de Partie to complement our culinary team in Clonmel, County Tipperary.
Job Overview:
This is a full-time permanent position, requiring the successful candidate to work 39 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional cooking skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare high-quality dishes to order
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment through effective teamwork and stock management
* Support the head chef and senior chefs during service
* Contribute to kitchen health and hygiene procedures
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie
* A-la-carte cooking experience and ability to adapt to changing kitchen conditions
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues
