To be an integral part of the Operations team and provide a reliable, accurate, and responsive service to the business in all aspects of Operations, receiving, shipping, stock management, admin of day-to-day activities, device staging, device troubleshooting, device repair, and exchange program management, and any other duties as assigned by Management.
To work as part of a team on the day-to-day completion of all identified Operational tasks and activities to maintain and ensure a 'customer first' philosophy and ensure high levels of service to customers and partners (internal external).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Processing customer repair RMA/INC/Ticket requests through the required channel to ensure SLAs are adhered to.
Prioritise tasks to ensure duties are carried out on time and withinthe customer SLA Data entry as it pertains to receiving, shipping, stock management, admin of day-to-day activities, device staging, device troubleshooting, device repair, and exchange program management.
Process device Exchange requests in a timely manner to meet the customer SLA.
Manage the return of faulty exchange devices through the required channels, allowing for continued service support.
Manage the customer-owned buffer stock for accuracy against the contracts.
Liaise with the Contracts team relating to any buffer stock level changes in a timely manner to maintain accuracy.
Manage required MDM movements for devices returned through the exchange process.
Own service SLA as contracted to our customers.
Continually work to improve our customer and supplier relationships.
Prepare daily, weekly monthly reports and distribute to key stakeholders.
Handle all miscellaneous duties assigned.
Warehouse: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when checking incoming goods, scanning, and inputting data, ensuring all actions required are accurate and fully complete.
Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team and contribute to the completion of common tasks/goals set out by the line manager.
Keep work areas clear and clean, segregating waste in compliance with Company environmental management (IS******) requirements, arranging collection of waste with an approved waste contractor.
Assist with planned regular and ad hoc stock checks as required, reporting completion and details of any variances.
Champion and comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
Build open and transparent communications both internally and externally, i.e., with key customers, clients, and other partners Perform other duties as assigned.
Staging: Stage a large variety of customer-owned devices with the required software, as set out in the staging instruction documentation.
Maintain accurate information on outgoing devices utilizing the Tracking Systems.
Meet quality and productivity standards whilst operating against specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Perform quality checks on staged devices to ensure all steps have been completed successfully before dispatch to the customer.
Highlight any device staging challenges to the operations administration team to ensure any required escalations are managed to resolution.
Provide suggestions for improvement options that could improve department productivity and efficiency.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when staging devices to ensure the work is accurate and complete.
Work cooperatively and foster teamwork by helping co-workers with essential functions.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal staff at all levels.
Assist and support other operational staff and processes as and when necessary.
Attend all company meetings and training as required.
Carry out any other duties as requested by your direct Management team.
Repairs: Responsible for the effective and timely completion of technical repair and staging functions.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal staff and co-workers, along with management.
Run general diagnostics to accurately evaluate and determine faults and the appropriate method of repair.
Selects required parts or components for use in the repair process from the inventory.
Confirms functionality of newly installed applications and/or components to evaluate device performance.
Maintains productivity and quality standards of personal workmanship consistent with department KPI's and SLA's.
Conveys information courteously and promptly as and when requested.
Assists and supports other technical and operations personnel.
Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant challenges or concerns.
Provides suggestions for departmental and/or KPI improvement.
Stage customer-owned equipment with the required software as set out in the staging documentation.
Maintains accurate information regarding outgoing products through the use of internal systems.
Meet quality and productivity standards whilst operating against KPI.
Perform quality checks on staged devices to ensure all steps have been completed successfully.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal staff at all levels.
Highlight device staging challenges to the operations administration team to ensure any required escalations are managed to resolution.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when staging devices to ensure the work is accurate.
Demonstrate a professional demeanor as per other work colleagues.
ABOUT YOU: We're looking for someone who ideally has the following: Proven track record of warehousing or similar technical work.
Experience of working with mobility solutions managed services advantageous but not essential.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new and emerging technologies.
Full, clean driver's licence.
