Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and deliver on company strategies and programmes that align with the company culture while enhancing employee experience and driving high levels of retention.

2. Devise and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract, grow and retain top talent to support the continual growth and transformational business vision.

3. Lead on the identification of areas to enhance systems and culture, delivering practical and innovative solutions including the effective use of digital tools and technology.

4. Act as the HR representative to the Board of Directors regarding employee queries and issues.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years' experience as Head of HR or Chief People Officer.

* Experienced in leading cultural transformation.

* Skilled in developing talent and engagement strategies.

* A strong understanding of Employment Legislation.

* An HR degree or CIPD Qualification.
