Responsibilities:
Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency
Create and execute a detailed testing strategy
Liaise with managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project
Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders, discussing progress and addressing any issues identified
Mentor and guide junior team members and assist with recruitment processes
Requirements:
At least 10 years' experience in Automation Testing, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role
Deep knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong experience in mobile and web testing
