Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef to maintain consistently high standards in day-to-day kitchen operations.
* In the absence of the Executive Head Chef, assume leadership responsibilities, upholding kitchen performance, communication, and quality standards.
* Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and creation of seasonal dishes that showcase local ingredients.
* Maintain top-level food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards across all sections.
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury property.
* Passion for using seasonal, local ingredients and a strong food ethos.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Able to support and coach junior chefs.
* Calm, professional approach with attention to detail.
