Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel or fine dining restaurant environment.
2. Excellent HACCP & Hygiene practices.
3. Passion for delivering exceptional cuisine and exceptional service.
4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and independently.
5. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
6. Licence to work in Ireland full-time with no restrictions.
