This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to take ownership of CNC programming, tooling management and high‑quality component production within a modern, well‑equipped facility.Your New RoleYou will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC machine tools to produce high‑quality components in line with customer specifications. Working closely with production and quality teams, you will ensure efficient manufacturing processes, accurate documentation and full compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSafely operate all machine tools while maintaining consistent product qualityProgramme CNC machines and manage efficient component manufactureMaintain and update the OneCNC CAD system, including set‑up sheets and data managementManage tooling systems for new, used and obsolete cuttersInterpret engineering drawings and specificationsSet and load machines with correct tooling and programmesSupervise Machine Operators during productionEnsure all work meets customer specifications through accurate inspectionAdhere to ISO 9001 Quality Standards and Health & Safety regulationsEscalate job‑related or customer concerns to the Production SupervisorMaintain a clean, organised and secure work areaSupport continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing practicesWhat You'll Need to SucceedStrong understanding of machining techniques and manufacturing methodsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings/specificationsExperience programming and operating CNC machine toolsProficient in using inspection equipmentFull understanding of ISO 9001 and Health & Safety requirementsStrong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a small teamPositive attitude, self‑motivation and ability to prioritise workloadsFlexible approach to working practicesWhat you get in returnThis role offers the chance to join a skilled, supportive team where quality, precision and continuous improvement are central to success.
