We are seeking a Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Dun Laoghaire. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a modern, supportive dental practice while contributing to an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting patients and providing a professional, friendly first impression
* Booking and managing appointments, answering calls, and updating patient records
* Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team to ensure smooth practice operations
* Informing patients about our dental services, treatments, and offers
* Handling payments efficiently and accurately
* Maintaining patient confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly
What We're Looking For
* Previous administration or reception experience
* Ability to stay calm, professional, and organized in a fast-paced environment
* Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication and organizational abilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Experience with SOE/R4 is preferred but not essential
