Customer Success Professional

The position involves leading a team responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of valued customers. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to ensure their success with our services.

Other key duties include managing the Customer Success team, assisting the wider Sales team with daily requests and enquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
