Role Overview
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and coordinate site teams, manage subcontractors, and support overall project delivery from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site construction activities
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
Maintain site records and progress tracking
Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
Order materials and manage site logistics
Attend and lead site meetings to ensure effective communication
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role
Relevant qualification in Construction Management or similar
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Proven track record delivering projects from start to finish
Excellent technical knowledge of construction processes and regulations
