Production Supervisor-Day Shift
Hours of work 7am-3pm Monday to Friday

well-established, rapidly expanding food manufacturer
is entering a
major growth phase
and is now seeking an experienced
Production Supervisor
to take the lead on the day shift. This is an opportunity to join a

The Role
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will play a
pivotal leadership role
, driving your team to deliver excellence across
productivity, quality, and safety
. You'll ensure targets are achieved, standards are upheld, and your team remains motivated, engaged, and supported through clear communication and structured supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate
production activities to meet daily and weekly targets.
* Allocate tasks
and monitor team performance, offering coaching and support.
* Maintain
exceptional standards
of quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.
* Oversee equipment operation and ensure maintenance issues are addressed quickly.
* Track key performance metrics and
report results
to senior management.
* Foster a culture of
teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
.
* Maintain accurate production and personnel records for compliance and audit purposes.
About You
* Proven experience as a
Supervisor or Team Leader
within food or FMCG manufacturing.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a
hands-on, proactive
approach.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Committed to achieving results through people and maintaining
high operational standards
