Parts Sales & Support Specialist
Purpose
Deliver exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through accurate stock allocation, efficient sales, and timely dispatch of parts.
Please note:
Proven commercial sales experience (parts or related industry) and strong technical knowledge
of trucks, buses, and component systems are a requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle front-counter parts sales
• Conduct outbound sales calls
• Manage daily stock ordering and receipting
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
• Process invoicing for front and back counter operations
• Provide professional, efficient customer service at all times
• Support back-counter and warehouse activities as required
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety
• Follow correct working procedures and promptly report errors or safety concerns
• Participate in company training and development programmes
• Undertake additional duties as needed
Skills & Experience
• Proven commercial sales experience (parts or related industry preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of trucks, buses, and component systems
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under time pressure
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong IT and systems capabilities
• Flexible, adaptable approach to daily tasks
