We are looking for a MarTech & Measurement Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class tracking, analytics, CRM, and measurement solutions across our client campaigns.
THE ROLE
As a MarTech & Measurement Specialist at 53Six, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of tracking, measurement, and customer data systems across a range of sports and brand clients. You will sit at the intersection of media, analytics, and CRM, ensuring all digital activity is accurately tracked, measurable, and optimised for performance outcomes. This includes managing end-to-end tracking architecture across web and campaign environments, implementing tagging solutions through Google Tag Manager and maintaining robust reporting.
You will also support CRM and lifecycle marketing activity, including audience segmentation, customer journey tracking, and first-party data strategies. Working closely with media, data, and development teams, you will ensure tracking integrity, enable actionable insights, and support continuous optimisation across campaigns. This role suits someone who is technically strong, highly analytical, and commercially minded, with a passion for connecting data, CRM, and digital media to deliver measurable impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage tracking architecture across websites and campaign landing pages.
Implement pixels, events, and conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and third-party platforms.
Conduct QA, debugging, and validation of tracking implementations
Support consent mode and privacy-compliant tracking implementations with external stakeholders.
Configure and maintain reporting within Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions across media, CRM, and website performance.
Support CRM audience segmentation, customer journey tracking, and lifecycle reporting.
Assist in the setup and optimisation of automated CRM and email workflows.
Support first-party data collection and consent‑led tracking strategies.
Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour data to identify insights and optimisation opportunities.Support paid media teams with accurate conversion tracking and campaign measurement.
PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
3+ years’ experience in a digital analytics, MarTech, CRM, or tracking implementation role.
Strong understanding of digital tracking ecosystems, attribution models, and campaign measurement methodologies.
Hands‑on experience implementing and managing tracking through Google Tag Manager.
Highly proficient in Google Analytics, including event tracking, reporting, audience creation, and conversion analysis.
Experience configuring pixels and conversion tracking across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other third‑party media platforms.
Understanding of consent mode, GDPR compliance, and privacy‑led data collection practices.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and behavioural data into actionable insights.
Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using platforms such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar visualisation tools.
Comfortable working with developers and external stakeholders on data layer and technical implementation projects.
Strong QA and debugging capabilities across tracking implementations and website analytics.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable working with developers and internal stakeholders on data layer and technical implementation projects.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Exposure to e‑commerce or lead generation campaign environments.
Experience supporting paid media performance teams in an agency setting.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation, lifecycle reporting, and customer journey tracking.
Familiarity with email automation workflows and first‑party data strategies.
