Contact Reporting Maintenance Manager, you will ensure that the workspace and property are well-maintained. Key duties include supervising maintenance staff, overseeing outside contractors, negotiating supplier prices, managing health and safety items, purchasing hotel equipment sourcing suppliers.

Your job responsibilities:
*Sourceandnegotiatepriceswithsuppliersforhotelandequipment,
includingsafetyitemslikedefibrillatorsandalarmssystems
*Liaisewithaccountsdepartmenttoproduceapprovedpurchaseordersformaintenance
deliveriesandequipmentbuying
*DutymangementincludingestablishingStandardOperatingProcedureguidesforhealthandsafetyissueswhenthemaintenanceteamareabsent
*Sourcingofoutsidecontractorstomaintainhighstandardsinmaintenance,
The ideal candidate will have prior management experience working within similar environments;
