Release Train Engineer (RTE) 12-Month Daily Rate Contract - Excellent Rate - Flexible Working The Opportunity A leading organisation undergoing a major Agile transformation is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer for a 12-month contract. You will play a central role in a large-scale Agile Release Train, driving collaboration, continuous delivery, and value flow. Key Responsibilities Facilitate PI Planning, ART syncs, and system demos Drive value flow using SAFe, Kanban, and related Agile frameworks Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment Champion Agile best practices and coach teams across the ART Lead Inspect & Adapt sessions and continuous improvement initiatives Ideal Candidate Proven RTE experience in complex enterprise environments Strong knowledge of SAFe; SAFe RTE certification highly desirable Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills Proficient with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, etc.) Able to influence and lead without formal authority Additional Information Immediate interviews and quick start available.
