Role Overview:
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Bartender to join our dynamic front-of-house team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for premium service, strong drinks knowledge, and the leadership skills to support bar operations in one of Dublin's busiest venues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bar Leadership: Support the Bar Manager in overseeing day-to-day bar operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
* Customer Service: Deliver a warm, engaging, and efficient experience to all guests, building rapport with regulars and new customers alike.
* Drinks Expertise: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including pints, cocktails, whiskeys, and wines, with confidence and care.
* Team Support: Train and mentor junior bar staff, helping to foster a strong, positive team environment.
* Stock & Presentation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and bar display. Assist with stock control and ordering as required.
* Compliance: Ensure responsible service of alcohol and adherence to all licensing and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a busy bar or pub environment, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of beers, spirits, cocktails, and Irish whiskey.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and manage busy periods confidently.
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about great customer service.
* Must have previous experience working in Ireland.
* Fluent English.
* References required.
