I'm currently partnering with a leading international financial services organisation that is seeking an experienced ESG Risk Implementation Manager to join their Risk function on a 12-month contract basis.This is an exciting opportunity for a risk professional with experience in ESG risk, climate risk, stress testing, ICAAP, enterprise risk management, or regulatory risk to play a key role in a high-profile ESG and climate risk programme.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport environmental scenario analysis and climate stress testing activitiesContribute to the integration of climate and environmental risks into ICAAP, capital planning and risk appetite frameworksSupport the development and annual refresh of Prudential Transition Plans (PTPs)Conduct ESG risk materiality assessments and support risk framework enhancementsPrepare ESG risk reporting for senior management and risk committeesMonitor evolving ESG regulatory requirements and support regulatory readiness initiativesCollaborate with Risk, Finance, Business and Regulatory stakeholders across the organisationWhat We’re Looking ForExperience within banking or financial services risk managementStrong understanding of ICAAP, stress testing, enterprise risk management, credit risk, or related disciplinesExposure to ESG risk management, climate risk, environmental risk, or sustainability-related risk frameworksKnowledge of regulatory expectations from the EBA, ECB, PRA or similar regulatory bodiesExcellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skillsESG regulatory programmes and disclosuresWhy Apply?Work on a strategically important ESG and climate risk programmeGain exposure to senior stakeholders and regulatory initiativesJoin a collaborative and dynamic risk environmentHybrid working model based in Dublin
