Location: Dublin or Shannon -Please note you must be based in Ireland to be considered for this role.
Experience: 3-5 years minimum (Aviation and/or Quality & Compliance in a Regulated industry)
Role Overview:
Responsible for supporting and enhancing compliance and quality performance across the Technical Services Directorate of the Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP).
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Compliance and Quality Manager in implementing compliance and quality requirements and the annual work programme.
* Develop and conduct internal audits and inspections across all technology units.
* Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
* Support proactive compliance activities, including data analysis for trend identification and continuous improvement.
* Review regulatory changes and contribute to assessments of proposed amendments to EU and ICAO legislation.
* Assist in developing corrective action plans, including root cause analysis of non-conformities from internal and external audits.
* Track timely closure of corrective actions from audits by internal, regulatory, and Safety Management Unit (SMU) sources.
* Maintain and update compliance procedures and quality documentation, including compliance matrices.
* Participate in compliance and quality meetings; liaise with both internal stakeholders and the Competent Authority.
* Prepare management reports and support other duties relevant to the role.
* Third level qualification in Quality Management, Safety & Human Factors, Engineering or a related field.
* At least 3 years relevant work experience in the aviation industry or within a regulatory environment.
* An understanding of compliance and quality monitoring and safety management.
* Knowledge of relevant EU regulations.
* Clear understanding of the Company, customers and regulatory environment.
* Committed to promoting a compliance culture.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good judgement on the impact of deficiencies.
* Excellent presentation and reporting writing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
