We are currently seeking to recruit a Shipping and Transport Administrator at our Kildare site.Responsibilities*Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:*Processing export and domestic shipping documentation daily.Ensure stock is allocated to orders to fulfil shipping schedules.Liaise with Planning scheduler/ coordinator re stock/shipping timeline requirements.Managing internal and external cold store movements.Liaising with account managers and haulage agents on logistical mattersTelesales & Customer SupportPurchase order generation and general admin support.QualificationsRequirements / QualificationsFluent EnglishAbility to work in a fast-paced environment using own initiative and make decisions quickly and effectively.Excellent computer skillsExcellent organisational skillsExcellent phone skillsKnowledge of customs clearance procedures would be advantageous.Have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar roleINDLP
