We are seeking a hands-on, creative, and highly organised PR & Marketing Executive to support the delivery of engaging brand, retail, and digital marketing activity across the Irish market. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for content creation, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for bringing brands to life through PR, partnerships, and standout activations.

Key areas of responsibility in the role of PR & Marketing Executive include but are not limited to:
Brand Marketing
Work closely with the brand, retail, and digital marketing teams to support the development and execution of brand plans.
Manage sampling and gifting for sponsorships, charity events, retail activations, and brand partners.
PR & Communications
Liaise with external PR agencies, designers, printers, and digital partners to support campaign rollout.
Manage PR drops end-to-end, including ideation, packaging, logistics and follow-up.
Monitor and highlight press coverage, influencer mentions and media opportunities.
Content Creator & Social Media Support
Work with the social media team to identify new talent and ensure strong alignment with brand values and product ranges.
Contribute creative ideas for content across all platforms to help drive engagement and brand storytelling.
Support with local level creative content when necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, partners, and brand ambassadors.
Campaign Support & Reporting
Support execution of local activations and experiential events.
Attend trade shows, consumer events, retail activations, and PR events as required.
Review market trends, industry insights, and Euromonitor data to support strategic planning.
Assist in reporting on marketing, PR, and content creator campaign performance.
Person Detail & Essential Criteria
2 or more years of experience in marketing
Business or Marketing Degree
Full Driver's License Desirable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
An interest in content creation and social media, with a willingness to learn and develop skills
Good knowledge and use of social media channels are essential.
Working knowledge of PowerPoint & excel.
Strong computer skills, including competency in MS Office suite
Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and content.
Excellent communicator with proven relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, good time management, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
