Role: Internal Accounts Assistant (Part time, 2/3 days per week)

LBM (Live Wire) are a firm based in Corbally in Limerick that offers Business Management, Accountancy & Tax Advice to clients that mostly operate within the music & entertainment industry.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Internal Accounts Assistant. This part time role (c.10/12 days a month) is to assist with the monthly billings process & associated system reportings.

What will the role entail?

The role would involve working on our Accounts software and:

· Excel

· Reviewing billings instructions for the invoices

· Raising monthly invoices

· Writing off & reconciling of WIP

· Ad hoc reportings around the billings cycle.

How do you know if you are right for the role?

Experience

Ideally this role would suit someone who is looking for a flexible part time role. The ideal candidate should be conscientious, have very good attention to detail, and be comfortable with the basic accounting knowledge around Sales & Purchases.

Education

Past experience using accounting software is desirable

Behaviors

· Strong attention to detail,

· Self-motivated and be able to use their own initiative.

· Ability to work well under pressure.

· Have good time management skills, be able to prioritise work and manage many tasks at once.

· A can-do attitude to problem-solving.

· Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €17.00-€19.00 per hour
