Our organization is a forward-thinking entity with a flair for storytelling in the real estate sector. With operations across Ireland and the UK, we provide exceptional content to professionals in property.

This role will be initially remote, transitioning to a hybrid working model as our company expands. If you have over 4 years of experience in senior administration, we invite you to submit your CV or apply directly.

Key Responsibilities

* Office Management: Oversee daily functions, including scheduling, supply management, administrative tasks, and HR coordination.
* Team & Client Support: Assist in client onboarding and maintain internal organization to support team efficiency.
* Event Planning: Coordinate meetings and company events to foster engagement.
* Social Media Management: Develop and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Content Creation & Strategy: Produce engaging, on-brand content to enhance online presence.
* Performance Monitoring: Track social media engagement and provide performance reports.
* Liaison Role: Act as a primary point of contact for both team members and external partners.

About You

* Experienced: You bring over 2 years of experience in office or operations management, preferably within creative, media, or real estate sectors.
* Organised & Proactive: You excel in multitasking, prioritising effectively, and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Trello, and Canva; familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools is a plus.
* Creative Communicator: Skilled in crafting engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Bonus Skills: Experience in basic design, video editing, or marketing is advantageous.
