A leading Finance company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Enterprise RDARR Program within the Dublin Dev Labs team. This is an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Dublin, offering a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite per week.
Your new role
1. Lead and facilitate workshop-style meetings, effectively documenting outcomes and managing next steps with both technology and business stakeholders.
2. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to engage and align diverse teams.
3. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, showing great attention to detail and initiative.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Proven experience managing stakeholders at various levels.
6. Comfortable running workshops and documenting actionable outcomes.
7. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
8. Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities efficiently.
9. 10+ years of proven PM experience in the financial banking industry
10. Experience managing early-stage or discovery projects.
11. Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, or BCBS 239 frameworks.
